I've been lucky to join three of Lauren's retreats so far. What keeps me coming back is the space she creates in these settings: full of ease, gratitude, and play. Practices on retreat can take different shapes than in-studio, so there's more exploration, and it is so fulfilling to build over the course of a few days. Lauren also takes such care to create a great retreat experience: the venues are wonderful, the food is delicious, and she creates a group dynamic that's inviting, whether you are joining solo or with a friend. I've left each retreat re-energized and inspired - and writing this makes me want to go on another Lauren-led retreat soon!

The daylong retreat at Green Gulch was magical! The setting was both beautiful and peaceful and the practice location was secluded just enough to create easy and organic connections.
