Retreats offer a unique opportunity to deepen one’s personal practice, build community and travel all over the world. Each retreat is thoughtfully curated and includes a mix of spacious yoga practices (usually twice daily), meditation, group discussion, locally sourced (frequently farm-to-table) meals, and luxury accommodations.
From daylong retreats to long weekends and full week retreats, I aim to find unique and special locations all over the world to share in rich experiences that can support students in deepening their practice while nourishing the mind, body and heart.
