My mission is to share Yoga as a living practice; one that can support each of us in cultivating a deeper connection with ourselves, each other and the world at large.

Through classes, workshops, trainings and retreats all over the world, I hope to curate nourishing experiences for students to feel more embodied, inspired and empowered in their everyday lives.

Daylong Retreat Offerings in Marin

Join me and Nat Kendall for a series of daylong retreats right at the ocean’s edge. Each day includes two yoga practices (a balance of Vinyasa, Slow Flow & Restorative), a beautiful farm-to-table lunch and spacious time to enjoy the surrounding hikes, tide pools and oceanside property.
