Join us for a special daylong retreat near Muir Beach to welcome in the new year! This magical day at the ocean's edge will include two extended yoga practices - a mix of Vinyasa in the morning & a slower, nourishing practice in the afternoon - plus a beautiful, chef-curated, farm to table Ayurvedic meal. We'll also have ample time for a coastal hike, exploring the tide pools or quiet solo time to take in the scenic views. Together, in community, we’ll celebrate new beginnings and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.
This will be a replenishing day for mind, body & soul. A wonderful opportunity to deepen your personal practice, reconnect to nature and engage with a group of like-minded individuals through intentional conversations, meals, nature time and the practice. We highly encourage participants to also consider making this a device-free day, unplugging to be fully present for the experience.

We are thrilled to curate a day filled with our favorite things: yoga, nature and incredible food. In addition to the yoga practices, we’ll enjoy a one-of-a-kind farm to table lunch, with ingredients and produce being sourced locally from the land we're on as well as Star Route Farms, a certified organic farm in Bolinas, CA.
Our chef, Ryan Baker, is an exceptional chef and yoga teacher based in San Francisco. Originally trained in fine dining kitchens, he developed a passion for Ayurveda and yogic cooking after living in an ashram in California. Ryan’s food is fresh, light, and playful. And just like some of his favorite jazz musicians, his food is highly improvised, and rarely based on recipes. He utilizes the seasons in order to cook with the freshest ingredients and sees part of his life’s dharma as serving and nourishing others through food.
After lunch, we’ll enjoy a beautiful coastal hike (optional) and time to soak in nature’s beauty.
